These terms apply when you order food from a restaurant through Kasi Eats. Kasi Eats is operated by Petja Wholesale Group (Pty) Ltd, Reg. No. 2023/168761/07 (“Kasi Eats”, “we”, “us”).

What Kasi Eats is

Kasi Eats is an ordering and payment system. The restaurant sells and delivers the food and is responsible for it.

Ordering

You order by messaging the restaurant on WhatsApp. Prices and the delivery fee for your area are shown before you pay.

Paying

• By card, through a secure payment link from Shobbable Pay (built on Paystack). Online payments carry a R3 online payment fee, shown before you pay.
• In cash on delivery, where the restaurant offers it.

Refunds

If something is wrong with your order, ask for a refund within 1 hour of delivery, in the restaurant's WhatsApp chat. This does not limit any rights you have under the law.

Messages

By messaging a restaurant, you agree to receive WhatsApp messages about that order.
